Where do you ship from? +
We partner with trusted fulfillment centers in the U.S. and select global hubs. This helps us keep quality high and delivery times reasonable while offering fair prices.
How long does shipping take? +
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days. Once shipped, U.S. orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes. We ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, but most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days.
How do I track my order? +
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also use your order number and email to check your status on our Track My Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order? +
We can update or cancel orders within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already being processed and can’t be changed, but you may be able to request a return once it arrives.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? +
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer discounts or bundles? +

We aim to make every delivery feel as smooth as your space looks.
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- U.S. delivery: estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- International delivery: estimated 7–15 business days.
- Some items may ship separately so you receive them as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days (U.S.) or 30 days (international), please contact us at support@luminouslivin.com and we’ll help resolve it.
We want every piece from Luminous Livin to feel right at home. If it doesn’t, we’re here to help.
- You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- To start a return, email returns@luminouslivin.com with your order number and reason.
- Once approved, we’ll send instructions and (if applicable) a return label.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
We currently do not cover return shipping fees for change-of-mind returns. We do cover costs if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sale / clearance items are final sale unless faulty.
